Il Task Manager di Windows, altrimenti noto come Gestione attività, permette di visualizzare i programmi, i processi e i servizi in esecuzione sul computer e può quindi rivelarsi particolarmente utile per tenere sotto controllo le attività in corso, ma anche e soprattutto per capire cosa c’è che non funziona sul sistema operativo e risolvere eventuali blocchi dello stesso.
Abilitare il Task Manager di Windows è cosa abbastanza semplice. Tuttavia se ora sei qui e stai leggendo queste righe mi pare ben evidente il fatto che tu, essendo ancora poco esperto in fatto di informatica e nuove tecnologie, non abbia assolutamente le idee chiare sul da farsi. Di conseguenza, ti piacerebbe capire in che modo procedere.
Date le circostanze, ti suggerisco allora di concentrarti sulla lettura di questa mia guida incentrata proprio sull’argomento. Nelle righe successive, infatti, andremo a scoprire come accedere allo strumento in oggetto e come fare per poterlo abilitare nuovamente nel caso in cui il suo impiego venisse ostacolato da virus che infestano il sistema o qualora inibito volontariamente dagli amministratori del PC. Come abilitare Task Manager Windows 10
Se quello che stai usando è un PC con su installato Windows 10 e desideri capire come fare per abilitare il Task Manager, le indicazioni alle quali devi attenerti sono quelle che trovi qui di seguito. Ti anticipo subito che puoi riuscirci in vari modi. In ogni caso, non preoccuparti, è facilissimo.
Menu Start
Il primo nonché più semplice sistema che puoi adottare per abilitare il Task Manager su Windows 10 consiste nel richiamare quest’ultimo dal menu Start. Come si fa? Te lo spiego subito.
In primo luogo, fai clic sul pulsante Start (quello con la bandierina di Windows) che trovi nella parte in fondo a sinistra della barra delle applicazioni, dopodiché digita “gestione attività” oppure “task manager”nel campo di ricerca visualizzato e seleziona il suggerimento pertinente dal menu Start che si è aperto. Fatto ciò, ti ritroverai finalmente al cospetto della finestra del Task Manager aperta sul desktop.
Barra delle applicazioni
Puoi abilitare il Task Manager di Windows anche dalla barra delle applicazioni, senza dover passare per il menu Start. È un gioco da ragazzi, ti spiego subito come procedere.
Tutto quello che devi fare altro non è che cliccare con il tasto destro del mouse in un punto “vuoto” qualsiasi della barra delle applicazioni e selezionare, dal menu che compare successivamente, la voce Gestione attività. In alternativa, puoi fare clic destro sul pulsante Start (quello con la bandierina di Windows) e selezionare sempre la voce Gestione attività dal menu che compare. In seguitò, ti ritroverai dinanzi la finestra del Task Manager.
Esegui
Un altro sistema che puoi sfruttare per aprire il Task Manager di Windows consiste nell’immettere un apposito comando nella finestra di Esegui.
Per riuscirci, provvedi in primo luogo a richiamare la finestra Esegui, appunto, cliccando sul pulsante Start (quello con la bandierina di Windows) che trovi sulla barra delle applicazioni, digitando “esegui” nel campo di ricerca e selezionando poi il suggerimento pertinente dal menu Start visualizzato. In alternativa, utilizza la combinazione di tasti Win+R.
Nella finestra di Esegui che ora visualizzi sullo schermo, digita il comando taskmgr nel campo Apri, fai clic sul tasto OK oppure schiaccia il pulsante Invio sulla tastiera del computer ed il gioco è fatto.
Esplora file
È possibile accedere al Task Manager anche tramite l’Esplora file di Windows. Contrariamente a quel che possa sembrare, si tratta di un procedimento piuttosto elementare.
Per riuscirci, provvedi innanzitutto a fare clic sull’icona di Esplora file (quella con la cartella gialla) che trovi sulla barra delle applicazioni. In alternativa a come ti ho appena indicato, puoi richiamare l’Esplora file usando la combinazione di tasti Win+E.
Nella finestra dell’Esplora file che ora visualizzi sul desktop, recati nel percorso C:\Windows\System32, digitando quest’ultimo nella barra situata in alto e schiacciando il tasto Invio sulla tastiera oppure selezionando di volta in volta le varie posizioni e cartelle. Dopodiché individua il file Taskmgr.exetra quelli in elenco (sono organizzati in ordine alfabetico) oppure cercalo direttamente digitando Taskmgr.exe nel campo apposito in alto a destra, facci doppio clic sopra ed è fatta.
Scorciatoie da tastiera
Se prediligi l’uso delle scorciatoie da tastiera, ti comunico che è altresì possibile abilitare il Task Manager utilizzando apposite combinazioni di tasti. In che modo? Te lo indico immediatamente.
Tutto quello che devi fare è utilizzare la combinazione di tasti Ctrl+Maiusc+Esc, che consente di visualizzare direttamente sullo schermo la finestra di Gestione attività. In alternativa, puoi servirti della combinazione di tasti Ctrl+Alt+Canc, tramite cui puoi accedere ad una schermata con diverse opzioni per la gestione del sistema operativo e dalla quale dovrai fare clic sulla dicitura Gestione attività per, appunto, accedere a Gestione attività.
Come abilitare Task Manager Windows 7
Usi un computer con su installato Windows 7 o comunque una versione del sistema operativo di casa Microsoft meno recente e ti stai domandando come fare per abilitare il Task Manager in questo caso? Ti informo subito che i sistemi che hai a tua disposizione per richiamare Gestione attività sono esattamente gli stessi che ti hi segnalato nelle righe precedenti relativamente a Windows 10, non cambia assolutamente nulla, non temere.
Come riabilitare Task Manager
Pur avendo seguito le mie indicazioni non riesci ad accedere a Gestione attività? Potrebbe essere colpa di qualche virus che ha infettato il PC oppure potrebbe dipenderedall’azione volontaria degli amministratori di sistema che non vogliono che gli altri utenti mettano le mani nelle impostazioni di Windows. Per scoprire come risolvere e, dunque, come fare per riabilitare il Task Manager,prosegui pure nella lettura: trovi spiegato tutto qui sotto.
Riabilitare Task Manager regedit
Il primo sistema che puoi sfruttare per abilitare il Task Manager di Windows nel caso in cui non dovessi essere in grado di accedervi, consiste nell’andare ad agire sul Registro di sistema del sistema operativo.
Per riuscirci, fai clic sul pulsante Start (quello con la bandierina di Windows), digita “regedit” nel campo di ricerca visualizzato, seleziona la voce Editor del Registro di sistema dal menu Start e clicca sul pulsante Sì nella finestra che si apre. In alternativa a come ti ho appena indicato, richiama la finestra di Esegui, mediante ilmenu Start oppure tramite la combinazione di tasti Win+R, digita il comando regedit nel campo Apri e premi il pulsante OK o schiaccia il tasto Invio sulla tastiera.
Nella finestra del Registro di sistema che ora visualizzi sul desktop, raggiungi il percorso HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Policies\System tramite la colonna sulla sinistra.
A questo punto, sempre nella parte destra della finestra del Registro di sistema, fai doppio clic sulla voce DisableTaskMgr e, nella finestra che compre, digita 0 al posto di 1 nel campo Dati valore, dopodiché conferma le modifiche apportate facendo clic sul pulsante OK. A questo punto, il Task Manager dovrebbe risultare nuovamente accessibile.
Se la chiave System non è presente nel Registro di sistema, per cui non ti è possibile compiere le operazioni sopra descritte, puoi crearla tu, facendo clic destro sulla voce Policies nella colonna sinistra, selezionando la voce Nuovo dal menu contestuale che compare e quella Chiave, digitando System nel campo dedicato all’immissione del nome della chiave e schiacciando il tasto Invio sulla tastiera del PC.
In seguito,fai clic destro nella parte destra della finestra, seleziona la voce Nuovo dal menu contestuale, poi quella Valore DWORD (32 bit), digitaDisableTaskMgr nel campo dedicato all’immissione del nome per il nuovo valore appena creato e premi il tasto Invio. Facci quindi doppio clic sopra e assicurati che nel campo Dati valore, nella finestra che si apre, risulti impostato il valore 0, altrimenti provvedi tu e conferma le modifiche premendo sul pulsante OK.
Editor Criteri di gruppo locali
Un altro sistema che hai dalla tua per riuscire ad abilitare il Task Manager di Windows nel caso in cui non risultasse accessibile consiste nell’andare ad agire sull’Editor Criteri di gruppo locali, una sezione di Windows nascosta tramite la quale è possibile apportare modifiche di vario tipo al sistema operativo, altrimenti accessibili solo tramite il Registro di sistema. Tieni però presente che l’Editor Criteri di gruppo locali è disponibile solo sulle versioni Pro, Enterprise ed Education di Windows, oltre che su Windows 7 Ultimate.
Ciò detto, per poterti servire dell’Editori Criteri di gruppo locali per il tuo scopo, fai clic sul pulsante Start (quello con la bandierina di Windows) che si trova nella parte in fondo a sinistra della barra delle applicazioni, digita “gpedit” nel campo di ricerca e seleziona il collegamento pertinente dal menu che si apre. In alternativa, richiama la finestra di Esegui, tramite il menu Start o usando la combinazione di tasti Win+R, dopodiché digita gpedit.msc nel campo Apri e premi il pulsante OK oppure schiaccia il tasto Invio sulla tastiera.
Nella finestra dell’Editor Criteri di gruppo locali che ora visualizzi sul desktop, espandi il menu Configurazione utente che trovi nella barra laterale di sinistra, fai doppio clic sulla voce Modelli amministrativi, poi su quella Sistema e, nella parte destra della finestra, fai doppio clic sulla dicituraOpzioni CTRL+ALT+CANC.
Successivamente, individua la voce Rimuovi Gestione attività/Rimuovi Task Manager che trovi sempre a destra e, nell’ulteriore finestra che ti viene mostrata, seleziona la voce Disattivata, al fine di rimuovere le restrizioni applicate al sistema. Infine, premi sui pulsanti Applica e OK. Et voilà!

Se nel fare ciò vedi comparire sul desktop un avviso indicate il fatto che è necessario scaricare e installare il .NET Framework 3.5 di Microsoft, acconsenti pure alla cosa, in quanto è indispensabile per il corretto funzionamento del programma.
Nella finestra del programma che ora visualizzi sul desktop,clicca sul pulsante Enable TaskMgr e nel giro di pochi secondi il Task Manager dovrebbe essere ripristinato. Se il pulsante è di colore grigio e non può essere cliccato, significa che sul PC non sussistono problematiche relative all’apertura del Task Manager.
In alternativa, puoi cliccare sul pulsante Task Manager Replacment ed avviare un task manager alternativo che ti permette di visualizzare e terminare i processi attivi sul tuo PC.
